What's the difference between Solo, Starter, and Pro?
Seats and scale. Solo is for a single operator — 1 seat, 100 active SKUs, and a generous monthly AI allowance. Starter fits a small team of up to 3 with the same SKU and AI allowance. Pro is built for serious operators — 10 seats, unlimited active SKUs, and a high-volume AI ceiling. Pick based on team size and catalog depth, and change plans any time.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Change plans from Settings > Billing. If you need help choosing the right timing for an annual switch, downgrade, or enterprise contract, contact the team and we'll help.
What counts as an AI interaction?
A single user-initiated AI call: one chat message (question + assistant response), one product recommendation generation, one instruction copilot suggestion, or one document analysis. Background AI (anomaly detection, chat title generation) is free.
How many AI interactions do I get?
Each plan includes a generous monthly AI allowance and you'll see your exact limit in the app at Settings > Billing, where the meter updates in real time. The higher the tier, the higher the cap. Enterprise plans include a custom pooled allowance.
What happens at the end of my trial?
At day 14, your workspace becomes read-only (no edits) until you add a plan. Nothing is deleted. You can reactivate instantly by subscribing from Settings > Billing.
Do you offer refunds?
