Status

HQ Cortex runs on top of several managed cloud services. The most honest reflection of real-time availability is the status pages of those providers, linked below. If your workspace is unreachable and all four upstream providers report green, contact us through your workspace support channel and we will investigate directly.

Incident history

HQ Cortex does not yet publish a unified incident history of its own. Provider status pages above retain their own history. If an incident affects HQ Cortex specifically (e.g., an application bug rather than a provider outage), affected workspaces are notified directly through their support channel.
