TOP 3 OBJECTIONS (ranked by likelihood of killing the sale) - For each: the objection in their voice (quoted), the underlying fear, and a 1-line reframe. 6. ALTERNATIVES CURRENTLY USED (at least 4) - Include the obvious competitor, a DIY workaround, a non-consumption option ('do nothing'), and an adjacent-category substitute. 7. BUYING-TRIGGER EVENT - The specific real-world event in the last 30 days that pushes them from passive to actively shopping. Be concrete (e.g. 'doctor flagged LDL at annual physical' not 'started caring about heart health'). 8. MEDIA DIET (exactly 3 channels) - For each channel: platform + 2 NAMED publications, podcasts, subreddits, or creators they actually consume. If you don't know real names in this niche, say so rather than inventing. 9. ONE-LINE 'SHARPIE TEST' - If you had to write this persona on a Sharpie on the warehouse wall in 12 words, what would it say?
